Luce Bay Group were awarded the contract to demolish and rebuild the below property which had substantial fire damage. The buildings construction is a timber frame which was fabricated in our own workshop and finished off with a brick roughcast.

From the work carried out, 92% of this was achieved by our own workforce with the remaining works being completed from our approved sub-contractor list i.e. specialist heating and electrical works.
